Service Representative

Reports to Service Manager

Responsible for:

• Repair of customers’ golf cars.
• Preventative maintenance of fleets on service contracts.
• Reconditioning used cars for resale.
• May work in-house or at customer’s location
• Cleaning assigned work bay and surrounding area
• Any other activity as directed by management.

 Measurements

• Efficiency rate determined by hours of productive work divided by total hours worked
• Quality of work determined by efficiency of work, rework, customers  complements and complaints. CSI index
• Evaluation by management

 This position is defined as non-exempt for overtime purposes.
