Service Technician
Service Representative
Reports to Service Manager
Responsible for:
- Repair of customers’ golf cars.
- Preventative maintenance of fleets on service contracts.
- Reconditioning used cars for resale.
- May work in-house or at customer’s location
- Cleaning assigned work bay and surrounding area
- Any other activity as directed by management.
Measurements
- Efficiency rate determined by hours of productive work divided by total hours worked
- Quality of work determined by efficiency of work, rework, customers complements and complaints. CSI index
- Evaluation by management
This position is defined as non-exempt for overtime purposes.
