The following are our return, exchange and refund policies:
Parts and Accessories:
1. Return of incorrect product
If the product you have received is not correct, you may return it for credit.
Prior to returning, you must contact our Parts and Accessories Department so they may understand your problem and make sure we send the correct item to you.  Call us at 800-897-1103.
If we sent you the wrong item we will pay for return shipping.
If you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping.

2. Electronic parts Returns
No return of electronic parts will be allowed

3. Non-electronic parts Returns
Parts may be returned with 60 days of our shipping date.   15% restocking fee will apply to the total of returned parts only. Original shipping charge is not refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping.

4. Exchanges.  Accessory items may be return for exchange. For certain products, usually custom items and/or special colors, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.
You are responsible for return shipping.
Golf and Utility Vehicles:
Vehicles offered for sale are subject to current availability at time of purchase.  Since we sell the same inventory in our retail locations, it is possible that a particular vehicle may have been sold in the past 24 hours.  If a vehicle purchased on line has been sold, we will contact you to offer and alternative vehicle or refund your purchase amount.
If there is a problem with your unit, please contact golf and utility sales at 800-456-1577 to reveiw your problem.   We will make every effort to correct the problem;  these efforts may include, but not be limited to:
  • Sending an outbound service tech to correct the problem
  • Telephone diagnosis and replacement part mailed to you
  • Use of local Yamaha dealership to assist
