Shipping Information
Parts Sales:
Part and Accessory orders are normally shipped within 48 hours. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we can usually have it available for shipment with 3 working days. If the manufacturer is out of stock, there may be several weeks delay, in which case we will contact you and advise of the delay and/or refund your purchase.
Used Vehicle Sales:
Used vehicles offered for sale are subject to current availability at time of purchase. Since we sell the same inventory in our retail locations, it is possible that a particular vehicle may have been sold in the past 24 hours. If a vehicle purchased on line has been sold, we will contact you to offer and alternative vehicle or refund your purchase amount.
New Vehicles Sales:
Timing of shipment of new vehicles will vary with current availability of color and options selected. When you order a new vehicle, we will contact you with estimated ship date. If we have the color and options in stock, vehicles will normally ship in 5-7 working days. If we have the correct product but not the correct color or all the options, this will normally add an additional 5-7 working days. If we need to order from the manufacturer, lead times run from 5-8 weeks. If this should occurr, we will determine current lead time and contact you with an expected delivery date. If the delivery date is not acceptable, we will be happy to cancel the purchase and refund your payment.
Transit time runs from 2 to 7 days, depending on distance.
